November 15th: Lightroom Presets – New Looks & Streamlined Workflows

Adobe Lightroom Presets are an easy and powerful way to manage the look of your photos, as well as speedup your workflow.

Develop Presets let you apply a “look” to your photos; either one from developers obsessed with duplicating the results of popular film emulsions, or one you’ve created yourself to store your favorite settings. We’ll explain how to make and use presets, and take a look at some of the more popular develop presets available on the market.

While we’re talking about presets we’ll also discuss:

Metadata Presets that let you add ownership and descriptive information to your photographs quickly and easily.

File Naming Templates to rename both your imported and exported photo files into something that’s logical for your workflow, including a number of smart naming widgets that make it easy.

Our event will be held at Plummer Park in West Hollywood. The entrance is on Santa Monica Blvd at Martel Ave, there is adequate parking on-site (3 hr limit) with additional parking available at the north end of the park (accessible from Fountain Ave).

Doors open at 6pm for snacks and socializing, the presentation will start at 7pm.

Admission is free and open to all, but we’d appreciate a donation to help keep LADIG rolling. Register on the form below:
