Barry Schwartz shows off his architecture photography and explains his technique and approach including Lightroom and HDR processing.
Barry says, “I’m a photographer, writer, designer, and teacher; more-or-less in that order.”
He shoots architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, portraits, and documentary work for commercial and editorial clients. You may have read his articles for ASMP or taken his class at Pasadena City College.
This meeting will be held at a special location:
Doors open at 6pm for snacks and conversation. Bring your Lightroom and photography questions and we’ll help you out. Let’s talk about what you’re shooting, and how. A Canon representative will be on hand to answer questions and demo selected Canon cameras and lenses.
Presentation starts at 7pm: We’ll have a short Lightroom feature by Daniel Sofer and critique session by Greg Dyro; then Barry Schwartz will start around 7:30 or so.
There is street parking on Gower and Gordon Street: meter and free spots. No parking on Sunset Blvd. from 4-7pm, but it’s free after 7:00. If you’re transit oriented, the Metro Red Line Hollywood & Vine Station is less than a 1/2 mile away.
